The Optima Digital Upper Arm BP Monitor is designed for everyday home use. Using the oscillometric measuring method, it provides a simple one-touch start experience with a large backlit LCD that displays systolic, diastolic and pulse rate clearly. An irregular heartbeat (IHB) indicator and on-screen low battery/error icons add confidence during use. The 22–36 cm adjustable cuff suits most adults and includes a fit guide for correct placement. Memory recall helps you review previous results, while auto power-off conserves battery. For best accuracy, sit still, keep the cuff at heart level, and follow the instructions provided.
